The distribution center is located just east of Bangerter Highway at 3400 West California Avenue in the heart of Salt Lake’s strongest retail distribution industrial market. “Leases for an additional stores have been signed at locations to be announced later this year,” said Darren Pitts, Executive Vice President at Velocity Retail.
