John “JK” Jackson Re-Joins Velocity Retail as a Senior Associate

John Jackson has returned to Velocity Retail Group as a Senior Associate in the Landlord Advisory Services division effective April 2, 2012. An experienced salesperson in retail leasing, John brings his dynamic and innovative prospecting style to the table for every client. John started his career in commercial real estate with the core group from Velocity Retail when they were running Cypress Equities West, which was the development arm of the former Staubach Retail Services-West. Since that time, his experience spans over four years as a leasing broker in the metropolitan Phoenix area completing numerous transactions for both tenants and landlords on retail shopping centers of all sizes.

John has proven his ability to achieve results for his clients by bringing solutions for excess vacancy, and consulting on market strategy and long-range planning. He will be working with his former leasing partner, Michael Clark, Vice President, Judi Butterworth, Senior Vice President, and Nick Ault, Associate to grow Velocity’s Landlord Advisory Services division. “The strength of Velocity Retail Group is that we have one of the most senior retail brokerage teams in the southwest.
