- Ideal store size: 3,800 – 5,000 SF.
- Prominent pad locations on the main arterial for the intersection.
- Regional trade areas with heavy existing retail (no neighborhood locations). Sites can be within 2 miles of existing store.
- High visibility locations with excellent signage opportunities.
- Deal structure: Lease or build-to-suit.
- Will NOT be considered: In-line locations of any kind.
