He will expand Velocity’s project leasing platform to landlords and developers in the Arizona marketplace. Most recently, Josh has specialized in shopping-center leasing with Strategic Retail Group. Prior to that, he was with De Rito Partners, where he earned Rookie-of-the-Year honors. He has also been recognized as one of the “Top People to Know in Commercial Real Estate” by AZRE Commercial Real Estate Magazine.
